REVERSER LIMITED on the ground means the thrust reverser system has detected a fault and is operating in a degraded or restricted mode. The system is not able to deploy normally, so full reverse thrust cannot be used safely. It’s a fault indication, not a sign that the reverser is already deployed, not an engine-out condition, and not an EEC fault. In this state, you should not rely on thrust reversers for braking and should follow standard procedures until maintenance can address the issue.
